Helen Cummings-Henry was born and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, West Indies. She grew up as part of a family of six: three brothers, two sisters, and herself as the fifth child. After her father died, she immigrated to the United States to live with her mother.”
Helen, an accomplished author of five books, whose latest is “For Such A Time As This – Rising to the Challenge: Navigating the Present with Purpose.”
She has received several awards for her outstanding work empowering women. In 2020 Helen was honored with the “A Woman’s Worth Award”.
