About Helen Cummings-Henry
Helen Cummings-Henry the ‘Transformation Lady’, is the co-founder and Senior Vice President of Righteous Uplifting Nourishing International, Inc., a global nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower people through coaching, training, speaking, and teaching.
Helen, an accomplished author of five books, whose latest is “For Such A Time As This – Rising to the Challenge: Navigating the Present with Purpose,” has left an indelible mark on the literary world. Through her commitment to empowering others and fostering personal growth, Helen inspires readers and listeners, making her a beacon of inspiration and change.
She founded “Women on the R.U.N. for Jesus” whose core purpose is to minister to the total woman (spirit, soul and body) using biblical principles. Helen is a spiritual mom to women all around the world. As a playwright, Helen has written and performed in, “This is my Story” (A One Woman Play) which tells the story of Helen’s transformation from a shy girl from, Trinidad and Tobago, into the woman that she has become today. As a single parent she raised two boys into two fine men both working for two well-known corporations.
She is a certified coach, trainer, speaker, and facilitator with Maxwell Leadership. Helen has used these tools to mentor and transform the lives of women in all stages of life and has helped senior women to live their dreams.
Helen has been honored with many awards, the latest being one of Success Magazine’s 125, along with her husband Tarrent-Arthur Henry.
